I sometimes thought it was hard to find the jewellery I wanted.
Don’t you have an experience like that?
Not only jewellery, maybe the dress or pants?
You have something in your mind, but it is not easy to find or cannot find at all.
Sometimes it is frustrating.

This is the story to find a heart bangle I want.
I have small wrists, and most of the bangles or bracelets on the market are too big on me.
I can ask a jeweller to cut the bracelet or bangle, but it is going to be a charge and not reasonable priced.

I also like bangle better than bracelet.
I like the solid feeling on my wrist.
Does not matter silver or gold whichever fits me.
Of course, I cannot find it, when I tried the bangle I like, it is always slipping off from my hand.

If I cannot find the bangle I like, why cannot I make one.
That was before I started jewellery business.

The journey started from here.
Find the jeweller who understand my need and satisfy my standard for jewellery making.
Then couple of weeks later I found the jeweller who lives in central coast NSW.
And can you believe it, she is Japanese lady who studied silversmith and goldsmith in Sydney.

Double point for me Japanese is well known for precise detailed work.
We had so many meetings and test pieces were arrived.

I was excited.

The first test piece is the one below.

A thin gold bangle with hearts and has a hook to close or open.
That is the one I want.
However, worn this little while, and one day bangle is snapped in the middle.
Coz every time I wear them to open the bangle gives a little pressure, and weakened gold
Jeweller and I had a meeting again.
Jeweller suggested to make the bangle thick, and I do not have a problem.
I do not want a thick bangle.
This is totally my ego.

A week later, she came up with the idea.

Slide the bangle to wear them, so it does not give the pressure and is easy to slip into my wrist.
Also, it is kind of adjustable.

This is the finished product and now our most popular item on the site.
